Enrolling in Pool Maintenance and Service Technician Apprenticeship Program is a smart move to help attract and retain employees. Apprenticeships are a particularly sought-after opportunity for high school students that aren’t pursuing college after graduation. They are attractive to veterans looking for new careers following active duty service. And these earn and learn programs offer career changers the opportunity to master new skills while being paid.

Simple Steps for Program Enrollment

Once you have identified individuals to work as apprentices within your company, here are the steps you need to follow to see them through the process.

  1. Register your company as a host of the the Pool Maintenance and Service Technician Apprenticeship Program™.
  2. Register each apprentice who will participate in the program. Form coming soon.
  3. Purchase books or study guides that would be useful in mentoring and teaching apprentices for their 2,000 hours of on-the-job training. Apprentices receive manuals and workbooks tied to their courses in the apprentice bundle package.
