The Pool Maintenance and Service Technician Apprenticeship Program provides employers with an educational pathway to lead apprentices through 2,000 hours of on-the-job training, as well as a self-study program that offers more than 144 additional hours of online classroom-style instruction.

Anyone who is interested in learning the competencies of a service maintenance specialist or technician. Apprenticeships are particularly appealing to high school students that would rather learn through on-the-job training than attend college, veterans considering a second career, and those currently working who are ready to learn a new craft.
